TeleDermatology is the use of telecommunications technology to provide real-time health care to our patients at a distance. These visits can be done using your smartphone or computer.
Do I have to download an app?
There is no need to download software or create an account. You will need access to an internet connection. Just use a browser on a computer or device with a camera and microphone enabled.

We have integrated a high end TeleDermatology platform that provides Hi Resolution End to End Video and Audio transmition. During your appointment our physicians will be able to take pictures of any areas of concern or we may ask that you provide images prior to your visit for additional evaluation. If further treatment is needed after your appointment your provider may ask for you to visit our office in person.
Yes, you can schedule a virtual cosmetic consultation with our providers. In this case because you have scheduled a cosmetic consultation, our providers will not be able to answer questions regarding any medical conditions you may have.
Patient consent forms is an important step to receiving care through virtual dermatology. You will be asked prior to your appointment to complete all necessary paperwork.
Once you are receiving care through your virtual dermatology appointment, you will be able to upload pictures through our HIPAA secure platform.
Yes, even if you do not have insurance you will be able to book an appointment with one of our providers.
